Roasting Pumpking Seeds

I love roasted pumpkin seeds.
Today, I bring you along for my first batch of the year

Ingredients:
– pumpkin seeds
– oil
– salt
Oven to 350 degrees

Wash and dry your pumpkin seed.
Lightly toss in oil of your choice (I used olive oil)
Bake at 350 for 20-35 minutes (or done to your liking) stirring every 5 minutes or so.
Place on a towel to dry, and salt to taste.

That’s it. It’s a great snack in my book, and easy to make.
If you’re doing anything with pumpkin, you should take the extra time to save those seeds and give this a try.
