Earlier this year, we added some solar panels by the shower shack so we’d have the power we needed to run the pump.After clearing the trees and adding the panels, it got very, very dry here in Oklahoma. Finally, we were able to get all that cleaned up, and it looks so much better!

I love roasted pumpkin seeds.Today, I bring you along for my first batch of the year Ingredients:– pumpkin seeds– oil– saltOven to 350 degrees Wash and dry your pumpkin seed. Lightly toss in oil of your choice (I used olive oil)Bake at 350 for 20-35 minutes (or done to your liking) stirring every 5 minutes
